VACUUM 2008
City of meetings and exchanges, at the crossroad of Europe, Lyon has been selected by the French Vacuum Society to held its 9 th Vacuum exhibition “VIDE 2008".
Following the well accepted formula of the former 8 th Vacuum Exhibition in Toulouse, it will take place for two days June 4 and 5 – 2008 – at the Congress Center of Lyon / Villeurbanne – "Espace Tête d’Or".
Lyon his the first economical area after l’Ile de France (Paris area). It has a large industrial fabric with related paths where leadings large companies in their field as well as numerous medium size companies, all at the state of the art level, are concentrated for production, high technologies developments and services.
Ideally located, 10’ from the TGV station, 20’ from the airport and 5’ from city loop, l’Espace Tête d’Or with the most pleasant surroundings, by the Park of La Tête d’Or, is close to Lyon’s downtown.

For a better synergy, it will be held, at the same level, an exhibition of more than 60 companies, a free entry industrial lectures cycle as well as the MAGNETRON 2008 colloquium (5 th journeys of new trends of magnetron and arc processes for thin films deposition).
